We only found the Classic Cottage website this year and we have already booked and had two lovely holidays with them. The property descriptions and photos are excellent. There is a huge choice of properties which I think reflects the fact that owners want to advertise their properties with this excellent company. Their website is easy to use and the information posted onto your "My Classic" section of their website is excellent and very useful. You also receive a folder prior to departure which is an added bonus. Classic holidays also send you information on the area you are visiting which adds to the excitement of your pending holiday. Classic Cottages will now be our first port of call when visiting Devon and Cornwall.
I love Classic Cottages and am so thrilled with their service that I have recommended them to all my family and friends. From start to finish, they are amazing. Their website is easy to use and properties are accurately described. They also seem to have a large choice of properties with zip and link beds, so you can choose if a second bedroom has twin beds or a double. It is so hard to find cottages with 2 double beds on any other websites and classic cottages excel in the amount of properties with this option. I have also found that they also excel in accessibility details. They tell you if there are steep slopes from parking areas or possible obstacles for those of us less able bodied, so there really will be no nasty surprises waiting for you. I have also never come across such a friendly company. If you call them, they bend over backwards to help you. It really is good old fashioned warm customer service at it's best. I have booked through many holiday cottage agencies over the years, with impersonal call centres and where I have arrived at my cottage only to find little or no resemblance to the photos, but you will not find that here. With Classic Cottages you really do get what you saw online, and more besides. Having now discovered them, I will never need to look any further again. Thank you Classic Cottages for taking my stress away and making it all so easy.

Ive been using their services for almost twenty years and they have always been most understanding and helpful. Classic Cottages offer a wide choice of holiday accommodation to suit every budget. Their website is fun and easy to use, and full of useful information. My family and I have had some fabulous holidays though Classic and we hope to continue doing so for another twenty years, at least.
We book two holidays every year with Classic Cottages and have done so now for several years. We have never been disappointed.The information provided is accurate and the facilities fully described, the booking process is simple and holiday planner prompts and travel details very helpful.Our only issue is the small number of cottages willing to accommodate our two dogs. However, whilst choice is a little restricted all of the cottages we have visited have been perfect for our needs. We would highly recommend a Classic cottage.
