The staff are nice The food was expensive for what we got. The fish was tiny and dry from the fish and chips meal but everyone else was ok. No cream, custard or ice cream was offered on the chocolate cake which made it a bit dry.
Great pub, lovely people, friendly atmosphere! Stay away!!! We don't want it to get too crowded.
Nice meal, the inn is old lots of interesting wall decorations from years gone by - friendly staff - if you're passing then worth a stop.
A local pub with a good atmosphere. Four real ales and reasonably priced wine. Friday is mussels and chips night. The proper pie was excellent.
Just had Roast Beef Sunday lunch. The worst ever over cooked beef, lumpy swede & flat stodgy Yorkshire pudding, a mess of cream leeks all swimming in gravy, when said the meal was not good I was told everyone else enjoyed it... Cost 9.95 given 10% discountWon't be eating here again!
