Love this place, always a pleasure to visit. Ron and the team are always on hand to make the visit memorable. I've been many times. A beautiful walk to kynance cove and plenty of places to fish. Awesome place!
Beautiful little bohemian campsite.. Excellent spot in probably the best part of Cornwall. To many good things to say about Henrys.
Stayed here for 1 night and ended up staying for 2. Lovely, unique, quirky campsite with well laid out pitches. Doesn't resemble a 'traditional' campsite which was great - a bohemian air to it. Situated a short walk from pubs, cafes and shops in Lizard, and the other way, a short stroll to the coastal path. Not a bad price per night in October (19) but showers charged extra. Very peaceful place!
We loved it here!! Such a good atmosphere, more quirky and real than other campsites. Each area is well proportioned and sectioned off nicely with plants and drift wood. Henry the man himself is friendly and makes sure your comfortable. The other staff are lovely too. Our stay was wonderful, great location to visit the beaches by foot. Highly recommend if you like something a little different.
In short, it's our glass of scrumpy! It's not for you if you like spotless, sparkling facilities. Best stay at home with your bleach and Mr Sheen. If you like to feel welcome and as if you're camping in the garden of someone who cares about the world and still has a sensible attitude to health and safety and who's family have a long and rich history on this piece of land then you should do it. We've been coming here for a few years now because....... well, because it's Henrys.
