Yes, a charity. Grab a coffee or tea here like you were at your grans, but no takeaway, definitely not barista coffee, and staffed by volunteers.
I've only eaten there on one occasion with friends and the food was very good.
Brilliant little cafe in town, friendly staff and extremely cheap (but high standard) food. It's good knowing the money goes to a good cause.
Fab Cakes - especially the Victoria Sandwich and Triple Chocolate cakes. Fresh sandwiches Monday to Friday. Great Latte coffee - large mug only 1.00!!!. Friendly atmosphere.
