We had a very positive experience with our Siberian Husky here and were very satisfied with the care that she was given. Her routine appointments and vaccinations were smooth and she was well tended to. We did not need to use any emergency care but if their routine standard is anything to go by we'd be happy with that.
refused to see one of our dogs because we was late paying a bill, when they knew we were fighting with the insurance company about it. however it is fully paid now and they wont even see her, yet they would see out other dog. They have also been happy to accept the direct debit for the healthy pet club for the last 6 months. They clearly dont actually care about animals and just want to make as much money as possible. we have been using them for 5 years and never missed a bill before
