Oh my. This is a fish shop one must visit if down this way. It is fantastic. The atmosphere is cosy. The place is very pristine. Staff very helpful and the food is just so delicious . The fish portions are huge but well worth tucking into as are the chips. They do have other dishes on the menu such as fish pie or curry. And if you can leave a little room; their puds are to die for too. Not huge but just enough if you want a sweet to follow; rhubarb and ginger or ice cream or trifle. They have a great choice.
Best Fish and chip shop we've found in Cornwall in 25 years of visits. Everything freshly cooked. Dog friendly. A must visit if your in the area.
Googled fish and chips in Helston and this and a few others came up. As this had the highest rating off we went. Well we did not expect how amazing it would be. Everything was cooked fresh, the gentleman serving was very polite and helpful. The fish fell apart as it was cooked perfectly. If I'm ever back in the area, I will be revisiting
