We have used their services for mortgages when buying our first property which was made very simple by the amount of knowledge they have. Our property was agreed to go on the market and within less than seven days they had sold our property and we were able to purchase another property through them. This was only possible due to their ability to be proactive in distributing properties information this is because they are effective in their use of mailing their current clients. We felt that the agents took any of our concerns seriously and dealt with them accordingly. I would recommend using Miller countrywide their professionalism is outstanding.
I have purchased a house through Miller Countrywide and can honestly say they've been superb. They have kept me in the loop the whole way with updates across the chain, they have chased solicitors without me needing to ask and have ensured that whole process has moved along as quickly as possible. I ended up using Countrywide's solicitors, mortgage broker and surveyors as there were some discounts available for keeping the services in-house and I'd highly recommend them all. Very efficient and thorough. As a seller or a buyer, I'm not sure you could do much better than these.
