Awful service, think the 'managers' name is Mary, there's certainly something about Mary alright, face like a Camel sucking a digestive! Likes to make everything difficult! If you want something done, use a different Post Office!
If you have anything important that needs to be done, take my advice and go to another Post Office. After repeatedly waiting for, sometimes up to thirty minutes, I have found the staff to be rude, surly, uncooperative, and unwilling to help. Each time I have tried to get anything done here I have been forced to give up and go to another Post Office, I can recommend Penzance or Truro.
Agree with all the negative reviews - VERY slow and very poor service. The younger lady is nice enough but you really have to work to get anything back from anyone else.

I agree with a previous reviewer. Rarely any service with a smile. After paying in my business takings for the week, I asked if I could have 10 1 coins in exchange for 2 5 notes. The elderly female cashier replied 'we don't have any to spare'. So, that's another customer they've just lost.
