Manners can cost nothing and are worth everything. However, the part time staff are lovely.
Awful place. Had a Amazon click and collect to pick up. The (older!) Lady had to scan the next day delivery parcels in to the computer, so that it would tell us the item has been delivered. She never did that the whole day. Me and my friend eventually had to go down there to initially see if the items were down there. When we got there we were told the parcel had been there ALL DAY!!! Then in a final twist of rudeness my friend was asked. Why are you picking items from here?....really!? I shall definitely be taking matters further. Sorry I am new to this. So this is the only way I now to reply . I am sure that was on the 19 th June. Mid to late afternoon say around 15.30 - 1600 hours something like that. We was on a weeks holiday from Oxford. Thank you for getting back to me.
Super handy grocery shop & post office with a range of produce including locally grown fruit & veg & meats. A decent selection of drinks & a very tempting icecream selection on hot days, plus very good inexpensive Italian-style takeaway pizzas cooked to order on Thursday evenings.
