Seriously awful and unprofessional.I placed an order. The website says same day dispatch and 48 hour delivery. As I hadnt received any order confirmation, dispatch information but had been charged, 6 days later, I tried to cancel the order. I got a message back saying, Oh I was going to post it later today but ok. No apology or explanation for delay or poor communication. I requested my refund but still not received. I had an email saying (I kid you not): Yep. Ill do it later, as opposed to, Apologies we have refunded you immediately.This seems basically to be someone with zero business nous who just does things because she feels like it.
I ordered a teddy bear over 2 weeks ago. I haven't received an email stating the estimated delivery date. I've sent MULTIPLE emails and have gotten 2 automated responses. One said that they were busy with personal business. The other said they are closed until Jan 2. I got one real response that said they were sick and moving and didn't know the status of my order. They were going to get back to me after checking on my order. That was 3 days ago. Now I'm getting the "closed" response.
