My dealer for a good few years always helpful and friendly
I'm sure the car sales side is fine. The fuel provided however, was way below standard. I get an average 64mpg on motorway driving. Filled up here before driving to Liverpool. Couldn't get above 35mpg. Same speed, same weight and tire pressures. Filled up again a few days later and consumption went back up to 62mpg. Car was lumpy and not as smooth. A report has been made but be wary of the fuel here.
Came to Cornwall on holiday knowing I needed some new discs and pads on the front of my fiesta and didn't have time before I left. Popped into Flora Motors on Thursday to have a look ( check them out as I normally only use my local ford dealer ) the very nice guy in reception said they could fit me in Tuesday and when he gave me the quote it was 20 cheaper than my local dealer. Dropped my car in Tuesday morning went for a stroll around the lake and had a coffee and hour and a half later car was ready and they had even washed and hoovered it for me :) very impressed with the service I received. Had a gearbox issue on my grand cmax while on holiday in Cornwall.Other ford dealers in Cornwall said 6 weeks to fit it in.Flora motors were amazing and managed to fix it same day.Great garage and great people
Cannot believe, how friendly this garage is, the sales people were excellent and made the whole process of buying a car a pleasure and I honestly cannot say Thank You enough to them for helping me make the right decision. Over the past week I have visited and phoned a multitude of dealers and have to say I was appalled at how i was treated. Yet at Flora Motors I was made to feel welcome and very well looked after !!! Other dealers would do well to take a leaf out of their book.
